Our most frequently asked questions and answers
How soon will I be able to get an appointment?
Often there are appointments available on the day you call, or the following session. During busy periods this may not be possible, Sue will offer you the next available appointment and will contact you if an earlier cancellation arises.
What should I wear for my appointment?
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. Shorts are always useful if you have a lower limb problem. Please be aware that in order for a full assessment to take place you may be asked to remove clothing.
What should I bring with me for my appointment?
Please bring any relevant medical information you have about your problem. Any previous scans, Xrays, letters or investigations are always helpful. If you intend reclaiming your fees from your Private Insurance company please bring your policy details with you and your treatment authorisation number.
How long is an appointment?
Sessions are booked every 30 minutes, but this is an average session length. Some assessments may take a little longer and some follow up appointments may take a little less time.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a large car park at both surgeries and plenty of car park spaces on adjacent roads.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?
This can be done by telephoning or texting 07776055382. Or by email email@example.com.
Is there any charge if I cancel or change my appointment?

I have left a message on Sue’s answerphone, when will it be returned?
